Weekly Meal Plan Week #8
Monday: Linguine with Limoncello Asiago Cream Sauce
The flavor of lemon paired with fresh basil and the sweet, creamy flavor of fresh Asiago cheese in this dish was incredible. The entire meal only took 30 minutes to make and can be served as a main entree or used as a side dish. I also used half and half instead of heavy cream as I didn’t want the sauce to be too heavy and if you prefer to not cook with alcohol, swap the Limoncello for fresh lemon juice.
Suggested Sides:
Tuesday: Crock Pot Kahlua Beef Brisket
Brisket isn’t just for Sunday family meals. Make this deliciously tender and moist Crock Pot Kahlua Beef Brisket during the week in your crock pot.
Suggested Sides: Balsamic Roasted Zucchini & Mushrooms
Wednesday: Graham Cracker & Pecan Crusted Baked Chicken
This Graham Cracker & Pecan Crusted Baked Chicken made with four simple ingredients is delicious and a good way to use up those graham crackers the kids didn't make s'mores with.
Suggested Sides: Maple & Sage Glazed Petite Carrots and Capital Grille Copycat Mashed Potatoes
Thursday: Greek Style Sausage & Chick Peas
Greek Style Sausage & Chick Peas is a one pot meal made with Italian sausage, chick peas, Kalamata olives, garlic, oregano and lemon. It's hearty enough for dinner and makes a tasty lunch the next day.
Suggested Sides: Tossed Salad and for dessert try making your own Baklava!
Friday: Pizza Stuffed Baked Potatoes
If you’re like my kids, put anything in front of them with the word “pizza” in the title and they’re all over it. Pizza Stuffed Baked Potatoes are so easy to make and not only make a tasty, quick dinner idea, they also make a fun after school snack.
Suggested Sides: Tossed Salad
