Asian Chili Garlic Chicken
Asian Chili Garlic Chicken made with boneless chicken breasts pan seared and tossed with a chili, soy, honey and garlic sauce is a quick and delicious weeknight meal.

- 24 oz. Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp. Canola Oil (or other light oil)
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Chili Paste (adjust qty. to your liking)
- 2 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Cornstarch
- Scallions, chopped for garnish
Dice your chicken into bite sized pieces; then add them to a hot nonstick sauté pan with both oils. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the chicken is mostly cooked through and white in color.
While the chicken is cooking, combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl; then add it to the chicken. Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through and the chicken is coated with the sauce. Serve over rice and/or with your favorite vegetable.
