  • 24 oz. Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Canola Oil (or other light oil)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Paste (adjust qty. to your liking)
  • 2 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch
  • Scallions, chopped for garnish


  • Dice your chicken into bite sized pieces; then add them to a hot nonstick sauté pan with both oils. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the chicken is mostly cooked through and white in color.
  • While the chicken is cooking, combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl; then add it to the chicken. Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through and the chicken is coated with the sauce. Serve over rice and/or with your favorite vegetable.
