Skillet Pork Chops Pizzaiola
Thin cut boneless pork chops pan fried pizzaiola style with garlic in olive oil; then topped with fire roasted tomatoes, oregano and Mozzarella cheese.

Total Time 15 minutes
Start by adding the oil to a large skillet; then heat over medium-high heat.
Season both sides of the pork with salt and pepper; then place in the hot pan. Brown 3-4 minutes per side.
In a small bowl combine the tomatoes, oregano, and garlic and mix together. Place the tomato mixture on top of the chops; then sprinkle the cheese on top.
Cover the pan with a lid, lower the heat to low and simmer 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
