Oreos combined with cream cheese; then dipped in white chocolate is a dessert that everyone will love; whether it's for holidays or a weeknight treat.
When Nikki from Chef-in-Training posted her recipe last month for these No Bake Oreo Truffles, I couldn't run downstairs fast enough to get the page off of the printer without my kids seeing it and screaming "You HAVE to make these!".
I agreed but told them I would add it to the holiday baking list. Well, this week, I tried them out and I have to say, they are AWESOME and I'm not a huge Oreo fan.
Well technically, I'm not really a dessert fan in general, but they were SO easy to make. And, there is no baking required!
Ingredients needed
To make these truffles you'll need the following ingredients:
- Oreos
- Cream Cheese
- Melted White Chocolate
- (Optional) Sprinkles
How do you make Oreo Truffles?
Start by adding the Oreos to a food processor; then pulse until fine. Next, add the cream cheese and pulse again until the two are combined.
Take a tablespoon and roll 1-inch balls with your clean hands and place on a parchment covered cookie sheet; repeat for all.
Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden. While they are in the freezer, melt chocolate in the microwave or on top of the stove using a double boiler.
If using the microwave, place the chocolate in a microwave safe container or bowl and heat in 30 second increments until the chocolate has melted.
Pull the truffles out of the freezer, dip into chocolate; then garnish with sprinkles and put back onto the sheet pan until the chocolate has hardened.
You can also put them in the refrigerator to speed up the process. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Debi, I've had to make these 4 times since I posted this! Everyone keeps eating them and I even had to make them to bring to my daughters' school for her birthday instead of cupcakes and this week I had to make 100 for my other daughters cheer squad party! lol They are REALLY good in the white chocolate and even better when you keep them in the freezer! <3
