How do you make cilantro Lime Rice?
Add the water, butter, lime zest and juice and cilantro to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
Next, add the rice, stir, cover the pot with a lid; then remove the pot from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Fluff the rice with a fork; then serve hot.
Using Long Grain Rice
First, rinse the long grain rice using cold water until the water runs clear. Then, in a medium saucepan over high heat, combine 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water or chicken broth. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Let simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.

If you're looking to switch it up, there are a few variations and adaptations of this cilantro lime rice recipe that you can try.
