It’s been years since I drank coffee as it used to wreak havoc on my stomach, but I guess I took a break from it long enough that now I usually enjoy one cup a day for my afternoon snack. I say snack because my daughter got me hooked on vanilla coffee creamer.
It is a bit sweet so it satisfies that craving I normally get between 2-4pm without gobbling up the first confection I find in the house. That is until one day we ran out of creamer so I had to make my own. Making your own low fat vanilla coffee creamer is easy and contains only three ingredients: low fat condensed milk, milk (I used 2%) and vanilla extract.
I like to keep condensed and evaporated milk in my pantry so I was lucky I had some on hand. To make this creamer, simply combine the three ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. The flavor was spot on and great in a pinch. ~Enjoy!

How to Make Your Own Low Fat Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 14 oz . Can Low Fat Condensed Milk
- 1 c . Milk, I used 2%
- 2 tsp . Vanilla Extract
- Combine the three ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
