Learn how to make your own low fat vanilla coffee creamer at home with three simple ingredients.
It's been years since I drank coffee as it used to wreak havoc on my stomach, but I guess I took a break from it long enough that now I usually enjoy one cup a day for my afternoon snack. I say snack because my daughter got me hooked on vanilla coffee creamer.
It is a bit sweet so it satisfies that craving I normally get between 2-4pm without gobbling up the first confection I find in the house. That is until one day we ran out of creamer so I had to make my own.
How do you make your own Coffee Creamer?
Making your own low fat vanilla coffee creamer is easy and contains only three ingredients:
- low fat condensed milk
- milk (I used 2%)
- vanilla extract
I like to keep condensed and evaporated milk in my pantry so I was lucky I had some on hand. Combine all of the ingredients; then store in the refrigerator an airtight container for up to 1 week. However, make sure the sell by date is still good on the milk for that long before making the recipe!
This Low Fat Vanilla Coffee Creamer recipe was spot on and great in a pinch when you run out or can't get to the store. ~Enjoy!
