Champagne and orange juice make up this simple Mimosa perfect for weekend brunch.

When ever I think of Mother's Day Brunch, I always think of the Mimosa. Early on in motherhood, we would go out to eat for brunch instead of cooking at home. This way enabled all of the mom's to enjoy their day without cooking.

How do you make a Champagne Mimosa?

This light cocktail is simple to make and uses only two ingredients: champagne and orange juice. Just mix the two in a champagne flute and enjoy.
