How to Make Your Own Ranch Roasted Chickpeas

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F.

Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas, then pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.Peel off the excess skin; then add the chickpeas to a bowl and add the ranch seasoning; mix well.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; then coat the top with cooking spray.

Roast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown. Allow them to cool completely before serving.

Storage

Cool the chickpeas completely before storing them in a container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

It's best if you store them either in a glass jar with the lid open a bit or a plastic container with a venting lid bit so that the chickpeas don't get too moist.
