Ranch Baked Pork Chops are a quick and easy, family friendly weeknight meal made with only four ingredients.

Since I don't eat seafood, we mainly eat some sort of chicken or pork chop during the week. Which is why I'm always trying to turn a simple pork chop into something new and flavorful. However, it also has to be easy like these Ranch Baked Pork Chops.

Our youngest, who is away at college, doesn't eat pork or beef; which makes it even harder to make dinner when she is home. Now that it's just the three of us, I make pork at least once a week since we also try not to eat a lot of pasta or beef.

I don't know about you, but I don't like making the same recipe over and over again. It's fun to dress it up a little and turn it into something new I think the family will like. These pork chops are a new favorite and so simple to make.

Ranch Baked Pork Chops

How do you make Ranch Baked Pork Chops?

For this recipe you'll need pork chops, eggs, Panko breadcrumbs and Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix. I chose to use bone-in pork chops, but you can use boneless.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F; then prepare two bowls large enough to fit the chops. In one bowl add the eggs and whisk. In the other bowl add the breadcrumbs and Ranch package; then blend together.

First dip the pork chop into the eggs; then into the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for each; then place on a baking sheet with a rack or in an oven safe dish.

Spray the tops with cooking spray; then bake for 35-45 minutes. My pork chops were 6-ounces each and took 45 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the meat.

These Ranch Baked Pork Chops were super easy to make and the Ranch added a tangy flavor to the meal. Dinner doesn't have to be hard or involve a ton of thought and my family loved the crispy coating.

We served ours with mashed potatoes and carrots. I've made a few recipes using the ranch seasoning packages including Bacon Ranch Potato Salad, Cheddar Ranch Meatballs, and Crispy Ranch Baked Chicken Thighs. They're great to keep on hand in your pantry for last minute ideas. ~Enjoy!
