What can you say about meatloaf? It certainly  has been a food staple in the home for many, many years and was originally created as a way to stretch the food budget by using inexpensive meat and fillers.

How do you make Balsamic Meatloaf?

Using ground beef in recipes make it easy to get dinner on the table much faster during the week. For this recipe I used lean ground beef, onion, garlic, fresh thyme, eggs, aged balsamic vinegar, Pecorino Romano cheese and Panko breadcrumbs.

Simply mix it all together, pop it into the oven for about an hour and dinner is ready. This is simply the BEST homestyle Balsamic Meatloaf you'll ever have.

This Balsamic Meatloaf is delicious and my family really enjoyed it. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable for a complete meal idea. ~Enjoy!
