When you're craving a sweet treat, keeping canned pie filling in your pantry is fantastic!

You can use it for so many tasty recipes like these recipes for Blueberry Pie Corn Muffins, Blueberry Pie Tassies, Blueberry Almond Crumb Cake or this Blueberry Pie Cobbler.

Cobbler is a fruit filled dessert that's covered with a batter, biscuit, or dumpling before being baked. This recipe can be ready in 40 minutes and can be served warm or cold. ~Enjoy!

  • Sheet Pan

Ingredients Needed

To make this recipe you're going to need the following ingredients:

Blueberry Pie Filling: I'm partial to blueberry, but you can use any pie filling like apple, cherry or peach.

All Purpose Flour

Granulated Sugar

Butter (melted)

How do you make Blueberry Pie Cobbler?

Gather your ingredients; then preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the blueberry pie filling to an 8x8 baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the flour sugar and butter and mix until it's crumbly.

Add the topping in drops on top of the pie filling; then place the baking dish on a sheet pan. This will help keep your oven clean in case any filling spills over during cooking.

Place the pan in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and crusted over. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving. If you'd like, you can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on top!
