Ingredients Needed
Strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries in this recipe.
Banana
Kiwi: Peel the kiwi first by cutting it in half; then scoop out the insides before adding it to the blender.
Milk: You can use any milk or non-milk derivative in this recipe.
Ice (optional)
You can also add in some flaxseed meal for some extra fiber and protein!
How do you make a Strawberry, Banana and Kiwi Smoothie?
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth; approximately 30-60 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
