BBQ Mushroom Cheeseburger made with lean ground beef mixed with fresh mushrooms, scallions and your favorite bbq sauce; then grilled and topped with a slice of cheese.
Summer is bbq season here in NJ and though we don't eat them often, there's nothing better than a juicy burger hot off the grill. By adding bbq sauce and mushrooms, it adds another layer of flavor.
Cheeseburgers are great for quick weeknight meals or weekend cookouts. Pair them with your favorite salad like potato, macaroni, coleslaw or corn on the cob and you have a complete meal. ~Enjoy!
