Cooking is more in my wheelhouse; which is why my dessert recipes have to be super easy. These Irish Cream Brownies are made with a box brownie mix and fun, homemade green cream cheese frosting. You can't get any easier than this!

The combination of the bright green color and taste of the minty Irish cream is perfect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations! This recipe makes 12 brownies and can be ready in less than 1 hour.

type of Brownie Mix

Personally, my favorite is Betty Crockers Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix. You can get it with or without walnuts and it's always super moist and chocolatey!

I happened to use the kind with walnuts, but any brownie mix you prefer will work in this recipe.
