Ingredients Needed
To make this recipe you're going to need the following ingredients:
Chicken Thighs: This recipe uses bone-in, skin-on thighs. If using boneless, skinless thighs, you will need to reduce the cooking time and they may not be as juicy. Usually, one bone-in chicken thigh yields about 3 oz of meat.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Paprika: We like sweet paprika, but you can use smoked, hot or Spanish.
Kosher Salt
How do you make Paprika Roasted Chicken Thighs?
Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees F; then add the chicken thighs skin side up to a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika and salt; then brush it evenly on top of the chicken. Place the dish in the oven and roast for 50-60 minutes.
Time may vary depending on the size of your chicken thighs, but the internal temperature should be 175 degrees F when a meat thermometer is inserted into the thickest part of the meat.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
