Weekly Meal Plan Week #11
Since Monday is Labor Day here in the U.S., I've come up with a sample menu for your celebrations.
Appetizer: Bruschetta made with fresh garden tomatoes and basil. (Make extra to use in a recipe later in the week!)
Main Entree: Mediterranean Stuffed Flank Steak Tender flank steak stuffed with Kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, basil and feta cheese; then grilled to perfection.
Sides: Honey Balsamic Potato Salad
Vegetable: Stuffed Zucchini Boats
Dessert: Fresh Berry Tart
Tuesday: Crock Pot Meatloaf
Looking for a new meatloaf recipe you can make and let your crock pot do the cooking? This Crock Pot Meatloaf is it. It's super easy to put together without a lot of ingredients and if you don't have a crock pot, you can even cook it on top of the stove.

Make one of your favorite restaurant soups at home any day of the week with this version of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup; a Panera Bread Copycat. It's my youngest daughter's second favorite soup (first is the Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi) and it's spot on. Try it for yourself!
