This year I'm continuing my quest to eat healthier, exercise more, lose the last of those extra pounds and reduce my cholesterol naturally once and for all.
So to start off our new year in a positive direction, I've compiled a list of 14 Quick & Easy Low Fat Dinner Ideas for your New Years Resolutions.
Over the last 5 months I've eaten quite a bit of the following recipes for dinner and paired with the right starches and vegetables, I've been able to lose 27 pounds. I also try to eat whatever I'm craving and don't deny myself anything. I just eat smaller portions of it. If I want mashed potatoes or a piece of birthday cake, I just eat half the portion size instead.
Click on the link for each recipe to be taken to the original post. I've also included the calories and fat per serving along with minor changes I made to the original recipes to make them a bit healthier; which I personally track through My Fitness Pal. Enjoy and good luck with your own New Years goals!
